Christian Endrikat has over 10 years experience in Engineering Process Improvement. Currently he works as the Director of Bombardier Engineering Systems at the Propulsion and Controls Division of Bombardier Transportation. He is responsible for Engineering Processes and Tools in an organisation with more than 800 engineers spread over 7 locations worldwide. Christian has a background in control engineering. He holds a doctorate degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany
