Hillel's career extends from spacecraft flight operations to naval weapons system manufacturing to dot-com software operations. He has is among the earliest advocates for blending Agile and CMMI, being at the forefront since 2001 and founded Entinex that year to address this market. Today he is a SCAMPI High Maturity Lead Appraiser, SCAMPI B&C Team Leader, a CMMI Instructor and an SEI Visiting Scientist, primarily supporting CMMI-SVC and PRiME. He has been on the leading edge of merging CMMI with Agile by speaking and writing on the topic entering the market. Together with two of the authors of CMMI, Hillel is the lead author of the recently released SEI Technical Note, 'CMMI or Agile: Why Not Embrace Both?!'. He operates the agilecmmi.com blog and CMMIFAQ.info public service web site. Hillel lives near Baltimore, MD with his fabulous wife and four amazing children.
