Kieran provides CMMI-based assessment, training and improvement services to clients worldwide.
Kieran has extensive experience of system and software engineering, service management, project management and quality management, covering commercial and defence sectors and encompassing all lifecycle elements from requirements capture to post delivery maintenance.
Kieran is an SEI-authorised SCAMPI A Lead Appraiser, B&C Team Leader and instructor of the SEI’s 3-day Introduction to the Capability Maturity Model Integration® course (CMMI) for both the Development and Acquisition models. Kieran is one of a small group of lead appraisers authorised to conduct high maturity appraisals. He is also a trained and experienced EFQM assessor.
Kieran leads Lamri’s research work into CMMI, ITIL, ISO20000 and SOX, which is driven by client demand. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and seminars.
