Michael Campo

Michael Campo is a Principal Engineering Fellow at Raytheon Company.  He is an authorized CMMI lead appraiser and instructor.   Mr. Campo has been involved with the CMMI since its inception.  He was an appraisal team member for the first CMMI-SE/SW pilot conducted in April 2000, and has since participated as a team member or lead appraiser on numerous appraisals in the US and UK.  Mr. Campo leads the Engineering Process Group for Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems.  His organisation achieved CMMI Maturity Level 4 in 2005 and will undergo a CMMI Level 5 appraisal in 2008.
