As a Consultant, Keith is responsible for providing CMMI-based assessment, training and improvement services to clients worldwide.
Keith has managed the acquisition of major hardware, software and infrastructure products into multiple customer sites. Involving the selection and management of suppliers of software, systems and hardware components.
Keith is an SEI-authorised SCAMPI A Lead Appraiser and B&C Team Leader and instructor of the SEI’s 3-day Introduction to the Capability Maturity Model Integration® course (CMMI) for both the Development and Acquisition models. He is also a trained and experienced assessor in SW-CMM and EFQM.
Keith has over 25 years of experience in software development with a specific background in the management and development of systems in the Finance industry, however over the last 10 years he has acquired extensive experience driving and influencing improvement programmes within systems engineering environments. He is also a Software Process Improvement project reviewer for the European Commission.
