Business Improvement Manager, GCHQ
Currently a business improvement manager with over 10 years experience working in the roles of software engineer, quality auditor, quality manager and process engineer, Jon has lead many people to better appreciate the value of quality and process as key enablers of successful product and service delivery. With a focus on pragmatic ‘right-weight’ processes Jon is actively working to deliver sustainable CMMI Maturity Level 2 behaviour in a challenging business unit of over 120 people. Jon is also building a service centre based on the latest draft of the CMMI for services, and expanding the delivery of business improvement services to additional areas of the organisation.
