Within Lamri, Frank is Head of Delivery and provides oversight to all Lamri’s consulting services.
Frank has a track record of mobilising, driving and delivering business improvement programmes in challenging environments. His talent is supporting highly pressurised/politicised organisations make the move from fire-fighting to managing delivery through "just enough" robust, pragmatic process.
Frank’s most recent projects have included:
• Working with the BT Health London Local Service Provider (LSP) programme. The LSP achieved CMMI capability level 3 in a number of process areas - the first published SCAMPI A appraisals for BT. More importantly, the operational delivery of the programme turned around.
• Supporting the BT Defence Fixed Telecommunications Service (DFTS) Programme mobilise and deliver an effective business improvement programme.
Before joining Lamri in January 2007, Frank worked for Prudential PLC where he was a member of the Prudential IT Senior Leadership Team. His roles included:
• Directing the project that led to Prudential achieving CMMI Maturity Level 2 across the IT division.
• Managing over 30 staff in the Process and Improvement department.
• Developing a comprehensive IT strategy covering sourcing (people), platform rationalisation (technology) and process.
