CMMI Practitioners: How Can We Improve the Skill-set?
The purpose of this session is to share some of the SEI’s intended activities for supporting the success and growth of CMMI Practitioners. These practitioners are a highly trained, skilled, disciplined, and dedicated group of men and women who represent a unique labor pool that contributes significantly to an organization’s ability to maintain its competitive edge.
Lisa will lead an interactive session to obtain input on topics related to determine the competencies and skills needed by a practitioner in CMMI who are professionals responsible for leading, advising, consulting, or participating in CMMI-based efforts to improve an organization’s performance through process improvement, measurement and analysis, and process appraisals.
