Travel presenter and adventurer, Ben Fogle, presents a television series called “Extreme Dreams”.
Extreme Dreams brings diverse groups of people together to work as a team to complete a challenge that most of them would never have attempted before.
By discovering that they can cope in dire circumstances, overcome fear of heights or of water, or walk for miles when feeling sick, hungry and exhausted, Fogle is convinced that they will become more confident and better able to do something with their lives.
