The enclosed agenda covers the topics planned for discussion and will fall in two tracks with many of the tracks coming together.

The tracks are:
 Practical Process Improvement
 Management & CMMI

The Organisers are seeking to enhance their list of speakers and suitable presenters are invited to submit their proposals based upon the topics set out. Where a person feels that the conference would benefit from a slight variation in topic then the Organisers would look favourably on any suggestion.

Conference presentations should be focused on practical rather than theoretical use of CMMI ITIL and conformity and if possible demonstrate how it was implemented and of what benefit and use these standards were to the enterprise.

With the ever increasing need for compliance and disclosure, presenters should pay some regard to how changes to the Companies Act, the Basle Agreement and Sarbanes-Oxley might be achieved more easily with the result of substantial financial savings to the enterprise, with the implementation of CMMI and ITIL.

Presentations should be objective and impartial and not subjective and should in the main be vendor neutral carrying out the theme of CMMI made practical. However where a speaker has a connection with a vendor due reference would be made to this association.

Some presenters will be invited to take part in Panel Sessions with the delegates either within the tracks or overall. Audience participation is a key to this conference.

This will require that presenters are knowledgeable and that they are able to disseminate their knowledge to others.
